As European Capital of Culture year draws to a close The Citadel not only gives you plenty to enjoy for these final couple of months, but we also get our 21st birthday celebrations off to a terrific start.
Throughout the next six months we have something for everyone with comedy, theatre, fine art and lots of music.
For the Blues fans amongst you we've the renowned Ian Siegal, the Larry Miller Band, Connie Lush plus Manfred Mann and The Blues Band's Paul Jones and Dave Kelly, with another memorable Dr Feelgood gig to look forward to.
For folk devotees we welcome back Vin Garbutt and Martin Simpson plus welcome Chris Wood and the debut appearance of award winning Flook, this is definitely a must see.
If more mainstream music is your thing then why not come along to watch Liverpudlian's John Power or Ian McNabb, or why not try something a little bit different like fabulous flamenco guitarist Juan Martin or the infamous Lancashire Hotpots.
We also have some of the very best tribute bands taking to our stage with The Clone Roses, Legend, Livewire AC/DC and Nearly Dan.
Once again we bring you another great Community Christmas Pantomime Snow White, performed by Hands On @ The Citadel team. Come along and give them your full support.
For new visitors, whether you're from St.Helens or further a field we promise you a great evening and once you've visited you'll definitely come back for more!
